The tasks enabling pupils to take part in working and being together are in high demand – no matter whether it is keeping an eye on orderliness in the cloakroom, setting the table for lunch or the traditional cleaning of the blackboard. Everyone also enjoys preparing their own workplace because who likes to spend a lot of time looking for a fountain pen or eraser.
But not only do the children specifically take on small-scale responsibility for the tasks assigned. It’s also about practicing how to study and learn together. Just like in an orchestra, everyone needs to be in tune to create a harmonious whole.
